• Planning and depending on the level of the job, either executing or supervising test and analysis based structural mechanics projects; o Being the technical point of contact with design teams o Planning the structural mechanics projects and sharing the workload with colleagues o Building and/or controlling detailed finite element models o Executing and/or supervising static, dynamic, fatigue analysis scenarios o Performing hand calculations when necessary o Co-operating with test engineers and collating test outputs with analysis/calculation outputs to verify results o Giving feedback to and collaborating with mechanical design teams• Providing mentorship and over-the-shoulder support for the analysis team.• Checking and evaluating analysis results of subcontractors.• Attending online/on-site seminars and trainings in order to stay up to date with contemporary engineering applications.

• Conducting FEA projects as a subcontractor for defense, aviation, automotive and domestic appliance industries;o Either planning to do the job individually or delegating work to colleagueso Creating finite element models using Patran, Mentat, MSC Apex and ANSA o Performing linear and nonlinear static, dynamic and thermal implicit analyses using MSC Nastran and Marco Post processing the results in Patran, Mentat, MSC Apex and META.o Writing reports and creating presentations in order to evaluate and conclude the project • Being a CAE team member of the company that is the only reseller of MSC Software products in Turkey, providing support, training and consultancy for existing customers and helping to gain new clients;o Supplying technical support and consultancy for MSC Software products by personal know-how or by the help of MSC Technical Support Team abroado Providing standard and customer based Marc Mentat, MSC Nastran, Patran and MSC Apex trainings frequency of which is two trainings per month on averageo Supporting sales country-wide by performing demonstrations, benchmark studies and technical visits to potential customerso Being the beta user for new releases of MSC Software products and giving feedback on end user experienceo Taking responsibility on training sessions and several organizational duties on Bias Users’ Conference (sponsored by MSC Software) in 2015, 2017 and 2019.• Being responsible for sales and technical consultancy of Dantec Dynamics’ Digital Image Correlation (DIC) systems between September 2014 and July 2016.• Sharing executive workload of administrative staff;o Taking active role on selection of new colleagues for CAE department.o Educating and supervising junior employee.o Exchanging correspondence with MSC Software EMEA and Dynamore (LS-DYNA) for creation of new and maintained licenses in Turkey in 2019
