I am a highly skilled and experienced molecular biologist and geneticist with a PhD degree in biophysics and more than 10 years of industrial experience. With a PhD degree and years of working as an R&D specialist, I have hands on experience with many laboratory techniques and various research processes. Having worked as Unit Head and Service Laboratory Officer in two different TÜRKAK accredited laboratories provided me profound knowledge and experience with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 quality systems (both initial establishment and operation), laboratory management, staff management and resource management. I am also quite experienced in project planning and management for I have not only participated as a researcher but also managed several TÜBİTAK (TEYDEB/ARDEB), European Union Framework and Defense Industry Agency (SSB) projects.
