I am working as Primavera Unifier consultant for over 5 years. My main responsibilities are:• Project managing internal and external IT projects including planning and communicating goals and phases, direct reporting to sponsor, moderating between various parties, project team coordination.• Responsible for internal and external communications.• Planning solutions for customer requirements in relation to Service Requests, Project and Cost Management, Cash Flow, Document Control, reporting and developing concepts. How these can be satisfied using Unifier, Oracle BI Publisher, Primavera P6, Gateway, Prime.• Implementing and customizing Oracle tools in relation to Business Processes, Workflows, Cost Structure, Dashboards, Views, User Interface Views, Filters, Codes, and reporting outputs.• Definition, creation, and execution of customer-specific live training courses based on customer-related processes and procedures.• Support for technical issues for Oracle related tools.• Development of customer-specific reports via BI Publisher and Adobe LiveCycle Designer• Maintaining detailed implementation and process documentation.• Maintenance and security of several customer servers. • Installing and configuring several Oracle products, SQL Server, SMTP Server.Some of my past projects:-Erdemir Engineering: I designed Service Request, Project Request and Creation as well as Contract and Procurement Management Processes. Created a system to increase internal communication between various Erdemir team members. I gave both User and Administration training on-site at İskenderun and Ereğli as well as on several online sessions.-Berksan Engineering: I have joined and took over the project during the deployment phase. I have worked as a consultant and developer for Contract Management and Procurement Management systems. -GAMA Power Systems: I designed necessary Subcontract Management, Procurement Management, and Document Management business processes. I organized and trained several GAMA employees at project locations including Khabat and Bahrain.-Tekfen Construction: I designed several business processes to develop better Subcontract Management, Procurement Management, and Document Management. I installed and configured Gateway to integrate Unifier and Primavera P6.-Cengiz Construction: I designed Document Management business processes and gave user training on Kuweyt International Airport project.-Bahadir Construction: I was responsible designing necessary Subcontract Management, Procurement Management and Document Management business processes.
