In second section of DW541 regional road and infrastructure improvement project, I've worked as a junior project manager. My responsibility is mainly assisting to Sr. Project Manager within the monitoring project progress, identifying project objectives and ensuring that they’re met, preparing required reports to track the project progress.

In this role, I've worked with the primary project manager to ensure the completion of company projects which are in the Poland Republic and Kazakhstan. I was mainly assigned to coordinate administrative tasks, manage inventory resources, and send staff deadline reminders. In accordance with the primary project manager I was effectively coordinating the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time and within budget.

As a sales engineer, I ensured my clients’ and my own company’s needs are met, I liaised regularly with other sales personnel, and colleagues from other departments such as research and development, design, purchasing and production, and senior company managers. Besides, I pioneered to found export department of the company with COO- of the company with managing daily phone calls abroad and seek customers and determine market meets of different countries.

In road construction project of "S7-HighWay", I was responsible of:Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations,Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance,Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards,Create and implement maintenance procedures,Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems,Plan and manage all repair and installation activities,Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures,Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates,Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs,Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

My position included operating all ride controls/control panels (for rides, ropes course, rock wall, mini-golf or laser tag), ensuring all safety requirements are met, providing outstanding customer service, communicating with guests and other associates, helping guests have a fun time and all other duties as assigned. General cleaning and additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
