As the Principal Advisor of the Cankut Bagana Innovation Laboratory (Cbilab), I have been at the forefront of fast prototyping and focus group work centered on the megatrends of the future. In 2015, I cofounded the lab and worked to create an inventory of the world's most innovative and new products, particularly those found on Kickstarter.In addition to my work at Cbilab, I have given speeches and provided career coaching to students, directed a total of 33 events and workshops in a single year, and generated over 200 innovative ideas with the help of my community members. I am proud to have converted two of these ideas into successful companies.To further support the professional development of my community members, I have also provided Python and TRIZ technique certificates in partnership with Metin Orhan Kaya. I believe fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning can make significant strides toward creating a better future.

As the lead game designer, creative director, and game director of Cbilab VR Studios, I have been at the forefront of creating immersive and innovative virtual reality and augmented reality experiences. I am the creator of the debut adventure VR game "ManMade" and have played a vital role in the development and direction of the company.At Cbilab VR Studios, we were dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in virtual and augmented reality. Whether we were developing exciting new games or creating cutting-edge applications, we were always looking for ways to bring our customers closer to the action and immerse them in new worlds.As a spinoff of the Cbilab innovation laboratory, we had access to a wealth of resources and expertise that allowed us to explore new ideas and create groundbreaking experiences constantly.
