Thanks to this feature, I became the first in the field of sales in Turkey within Akbank. I made a radical decision and I changed job and city. I started to work in the field of the HR in Ozak Holding Sanliurfa. We created Ozak Academy( Young Manager Candidate Pool),employee training, performance system and social responsibility projects to from zero. We also succesfully passed world-renowned SLCP audits (Social & Labor Convergence Program) by Levi’s and Zara.And Now I am working and discover different aspects of Human Resources(Payroll, year-end reports KPIs, work permit and residence permit, tax issues) in Ozvardar Glass Co. Through I am learning HR 360 and this is big achievement for my career.
