• Prepare the annual audit plan.• Performing financial and process audits of group companies affiliated with the holding.• According to the prepared audit plan, to obtain the relevant data of the group company to be audited and to make analyzes.• Performing fraud audits.

• Responsible for planning, supervising and executing financial statements audits, reviews and submissions of various industries.• Analysing financial data to determine the correct amount of taxable income, applicable deductions and non-taxable expenses.• Conducting regular reviews of accounting documentation, financial records and procedures in order to prepare an accurate full certification report which is based on the substantiating documents constituting the basis for the financial records for the firms that I have been assigned to.• Preparing regular reports and analyses which tailored to the client's specific needs either to be presented overseas headquarters or domestically.• Conducting external audits to ensure that firms comply with tax regulations and providing consultancy to clients on accounting and tax issues.• Proactively communicating and collaborating with my colleagues of the team and supervising work (quality, workload,…) of juniors and escalating observation to the executive.

• Assisting tax professionals and tax consultants in handling taxation matters• Assisting and supporting tax practitioners and professionals in filing tax returns on time.• Organizing and approving all tax documents (VAT1/2, WHT, Stamp Duty) relating to clients.

• Assisting and supporting audit team in their tasks of tax audits.• Collecting and keeping documents which are bases for the financial records in order.• Performing in cross audit to make sure declared VAT is accurate for both parties.

• Analysis and work on policy renewals.• To follow up the process by communicating with the sales channel about people who have health risks or who have had serious surgery and illness in the past.

• Monitoring and analyzing bank branch processes.

• To carry out entrepreneurial activities in the Private Market unit of Borsa İstanbul.• Learning about the entrepreneurial ecosystem.• To be an intermediary for angel investors to meet with entrepreneurs and entrepreneur candidates who have created their projects.
