- Assisting the employees of the company to claim Work Injury Compensation in filing reports and to the insurer company.- Communicate with the hospital, law firm and MOM on matters relating to work injury.- Helping out the employees to claim medical insurance and liaise with the insurance company.- Assisting to reduce down the premium payment meanwhile maximum the company benefits from the policy.- Communicate with the workers and help them to solve problems encountered in the process of claiming.- Liaise with insurance brokers in assisting to faster the claiming process for either Work Injury - -------- - Compensation or medical insurance.- Calculating the medical leaves wages payable to the injured worker.- Assisting new colleagues in other departments in coping with her job task.
