Including photovoltaic system simulation design, client technical discussion, product technical solution preparation and explanation, technical response to bid documents, etc.• Responsible for the technical review of project contracts, determine the feasibility of solutions and project risk points, and provide response strategies; assist customers or third parties in factory inspection and supervision to ensure on-time production and delivery.• According to the load and module requirement of the power station, evaluate, design and test the load of module in a specific installation method, and provide a test evaluation report on racking matching and system feasibility;• Track and manage North American regional certification and third-party laboratory tests, identify customer needs and provide relevant certifications and reports;• Responsible for tracking product technical improvements, stratify and analyze common problems and major customer complaints, and jointly explore with the technical department and failure analysis department until the problem is solved and a solution is formed;• Track photovoltaic market technology and new products, collect market demand for products, and assist in improving the company's products and system solutions.

• Identify and explore ESS business opportunities, develop and manage clients opportunity with clear full transparency. • Be responaible for sales and market promotion, guarantee the business growth in the assigned customers.• Develop clear business strategy, action plan and target customers with KSTAR PV+ESS solution at technical level.• Track PCS and Battery branch application market trend and compile market analysis report with technical insights (i.e. Application, Competitors, New technical requirement in customers…).• Coordinate resources from Pre-sales, After-sales and Marketing to support ESS business.
