• Preparing monthly statistical reports such as Manpower report and Annual Leave report• Preparing meeting agenda and set up venue• Purchasing office furniture and commodities• Organising forums and events for example Story Forum• Making contact and negotiating with third parties such as publisher and store• Assisting managers with daily administrative support

• Processing leave requisitions and attendance records in the HRIS• Performing monthly payroll for around 200 warehouse staffs• Handling HR-related letters including pension notification and reference letter• Preparing ID badges for newcomers• Conducting exit interviews with leavers
