• Understand of building material and method. • Coordinate with development / senior PM/ foreman with plan/ budget/ deliver project. • Prepare 3 weeks look ahead schedule and construction milestone. • Mange DOB, DOT permits, delivery slips, submittal, RFI and record keeping. • Prepare TR1 and TR8 report / photo log/ daily report. • Submit monthly requisition and present during bank inspection/ DOB inspection. • Coordinating a workforce team over 150 people. • Ensure the team understands all aspects of the contract relating to their respective responsibilities.
