1. Forecasting, Production Planning, Scheduling I have experience in monthly domestic S&OP meetings, global SCM meetings, weekly forecast and supply meetings with Asia Head Quarter(Singapore) to control the actual production align with the fluctuating demand and capacity. Also, to minimize the bias in forecast, I have done weekly updates of actual demand & forecast and control the production schedule and monitor the Input/output of production daily. 2. Global Sourcing & Inventory ControlI control the imported Raw Material for the Export Finished Goods, and the inventory to meet customers' needs while remaining the optimum level of inventory for the production line. Not only the inventory in the warehouse, also control the goods in Transit Inventory that are being imported, which is for the stable supply of material for the production line.
