• Trialing team management in South East Europe• Trial Planning and execution • As Senior Trial Officer is to coordinate product evaluation activities for Solanaceae crops in conjunction with R&D colleagues and Product Team and to drive excellence in Product Evaluation.• Successful delivery of the role will result in high quality analyzed data to enable product advancement decisions to be made in conjunction with portfolio managers and contributing to sales and profitability growth of product portfolio.• As Senior Trial Officer role for the person will be member of the extended territory South-East and product teams.

Area Responsibility (Open Field Turkey and Iran)• Collecting the market & competitive information for the crops and update them regularly. • Cooperate with the breeders, Area product Manager and TD Crop Lead including assistance to organize all trials. • Conduct all open field trials and follow the trial protocol in the trial's evaluation. Trial plans, calendars and evaluation report submitted to Managers on time and completed. • Inform & support properly the sales and marketing department on new introduction products through Technical Reports, FAB (Features, Advantage and Benefits) and customer meetings. • Expertise fully engaged and recognized in Regional and Market Crop Teams for new products advancement and launches; work closely with Marketing to include value propositions supported by data in sell sheets and other promotional tools• Follow and monitor the registration of the new material (including commercial varieties, to be introduced for the first timeCrop Responsibility (Watermelon)• Strategic focus on the watermelon crops for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region through clear trial plan to support key advancements, owning and well definitions of characteristics and FAB's of all new product line to support pricing, positioning and allocation of new materials and support breeder selections and advancements.

•Lead and motivate the team to maximize sales for Petoseed Brand.•Analyzing market needs and planning for Petoseed Brand in Turkey.•Preparing sales forecast and budgets for the following years (up to 5 years).•Determining distributors and dealers for the area and maintaining the relations with them. •Determining the price list in cooperation with the rest of the Sales Team.•Following orders and approving. •Cash collections.•Controlling the monthly budgets and forecasts of the Sales reps. in Turkey.•Controlling the expenses of the Sales team for Petoseed Brand Team•Working closely with the Technical Department for new products, visiting trials and organizing field days
