I graduated bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Administration in May 2014. During my studies at BAU, I have concentrated on food & beverage management, gastronomy, entrepreneurship, and the most importantly guest satisfaction in accordance with both my carrier goals and my professors’ suggestions.During my undergrad studies, I have attended and also performed a presentation on “Qualitative Research Intended for Private Hospitals” -which is my personal favorite tourism field “Medical Tourism”- at 9th International Tourism Conference. Other than this, I have conduct personal and group projects on menu planning in food and beverages services, and start up and management of agency in entrepreneurship fields.I had been working for 13 months as a waiter at  Barut Sorgun Sensatori Hotel. I had worked in the Cabana VIP customers, candle light dinner a la carte, and ocean seafood a la carte restaurants.I have achieved to success of  the one hundred of percent customer satisfaction  during ı work at the Candle Light Dinner a la carte restaurant.Work tasks that I got for my life in the most value, I improved myself some areas such as service quality and speed, service management, a la carte information, and guest privacy.I served at the highest level.I had started as banquet server and houseman after a month became in-charge of banquet and conventıon center.  I had followed up server station also set up room for event. I exchanged with in room dining march of 2017. I became server in in room dining and proof myself about service skills, guest communications  hereby i became in-charge of in room dining. I was recording and followed up all guests comment or who else recorded the comments also i was management trainee during i worked.I have been working as a waiter at Fairmont Quasar Hotel since June of 2018. I am working at ukiyo restaurant and marble bar, following up LQA(my score is 93) and Forbes standarts. I am interesting and learning wine, takinh course by iwsa for wset also getting ready for junior sommelier competiton.
