- Led by one of the earliest members of IDG Capital, the team has been working as a buyside advisor for major GPs such as Carlyle, CDH, TPG, Morgan Stanley, etc., since 2006 on direct investments (SaaS, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Consumer, etc.), including a deal that eventually brought the investor 180 times of return.- In recent years, the team has shifted focus to include USD primary fundraising and GP-led secondary advisory capability to meet the evolving needs of GPs and market trends. Co-win specializes in providing customized advisory services to alternatives asset managers (pevc, private credit, real estate, NPL, hedge fund) and institutional investors.- Collect information of General Partners and deals in consumer industry for the director to create pitches for GPs- Conduct research on GPs that are heavily invested by American Limited Partners to understand Chinese industries and deals that American LPs may have a potential interest based on analysis, helping the director to advise Chinese GPs- Analyze GPs' strategies and compare one with others to draft opportunity teaser
