· Organize the company's research minutes: Sort out the research minutes of more than 10 enterprises. After fully understanding the basic situation of the surveyed enterprises, summarize the business model and basic revenue status of the enterprises. Focus on converting the content of the company's answers to investors into more textual text, and divide it into categories, make a good plan, and improve the quality of the review. · Track the performance of the convertible bond market: Update the daily convertible bond market changes from January to March 2024, focus on analyzing the daily increase of convertible bonds, track the daily market forced redemption information and downward revision information, summarize the rise and fall of new bonds on the first day of listing, and the monthly listing and issuance scale of convertible bonds, and finely divide the market.

It is the first internship I have worked in the China Construction Bank. During a month period, under the guidance and help of the instructor of the unit, I learned about the economic business of financial institutions, masted the responsibilities of the position of bank lobby manager, bacame familiar with the work attitude that a bank lobby manager needs to maintain and furthur improved my work ability and therotical level.I started my internship with theoretical learning, which is useful for answering customer questions, helping customers handle business, making the lobby more orderly, reducing the workload of tellers, and promoting the improvement of service efficiency. The counter knowledge mainly includes five main parts: corporate business, private business, credit business, interbank business and public business involving leveling and subpoenas, transaction codes, and operational processes. Counter knowledge is detailed and needs to be carefully studied and mastered to ensure that there is no slight operational error, which can cause incalculable consequences. With an in-depth understanding of these, we can meet customer needs with better services, enhance our competitiveness, and put banks in an advantageous position.Apart from simply learning financial knowledge, my Internship at CCB also laid the foundation for my upcoming graduation. With positivity, patience, and high responsibility, I am far more mature and confident in myself.
