- Manage/Oversee the end-to-end process of the selection of candidates into the Teach For Malaysia Fellowship program- Conduct trainings for staff members to be skilled assessors.- Analyse performance trends of applicants to generate data for selection model and process improvements as well as recruitment outcomes.- Conduct various forms of assessments at all levels for candidates.- Manage relationships and liaise with government entities and officers in ensuring a smooth transition of new hires into the education system.
