- Key member of team that was responsible for the design, development, integration and customization of OneGate, an enterprise software solution with N-Tier Architecture for State governments to comply with the Affordable Care Act’s requirement for Federal and state-specific Health Insurance Exchanges (HIX) and Integrated Eligibility (IE) programs. - Built and configured new in-house Java framework for integrating various components of the software solution to significantly improve system performance and flexibility. This framework was designed to replace SOA.- Led discussions with onshore and offshore team members responsible for SOA/Portal/Siebel development/support to perform technical reviews, system integration impact assessments, and data structure and mapping designs.- Led and mentored team of 8 Exeter’s OPA developers. Team was responsible for the development of all business rules using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), which served as the rules engine for OneGate.- Conducted system and business requirements gathering sessions with implementation partners. Created functional and technical requirement specifications, workflow diagrams (Visio), configuration guides, technical documentation manuals and technical mapping guides.- Assisted implementation partners in troubleshooting production issues, debugging code, and deploying fixes.- Performed all aspects of quality assurance including use case development, test plans, unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.

- Developed a custom Inventory Management System using Excel VBA, which helped decrease the operating costs of the company by 30% in the month of July 2011.- Evaluated Profit and Loss statements, utilized sales data to construct operational financial reports, and forecasted financial statements using pro forma analysis.

- Gained proficiency in energy and environmental vocabulary and translated the entire interface for enterprise SaaS software solution (~70,000 words) into Chinese. - Optimized and documented software translation methodology, facilitating the localization of flagship product into 5 languages.
