With a robust foundation in consulting and extensive managerial experience, I bring wealth of expertise in process design and improvements to the table with the help of Operational Excellence, Lean 6 Sigma, Change Management, WCM, Process Excellence methodologies and tools. In my previous role as a consultant, I successfully designed and implemented numerous process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency, quality and drove significant cost savings for clients. My experience in process management and my customer centric approach ensures that I can effectively address customer complaints and wastes, not only resolving root causes but also sustaining the solutions. In supply chain manager position, I leveraged my strategic thinking to streamline and improve supply chain operations. Leading a team of 25 engineer and 75 shop floor employees as Supply Chain Manager, I demonstrated my ability to manage effectively, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment resulted in high performance in KPIs. In my current role, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Despite lacking formal authority I led a team of 28 global Lean Champions, guiding, coaching, training them a comprehensive lean transformation and change.
