I oversee the design and development of the Day-Ahead Market Energy Exchange Platform, Natural Gas Trading Platform, Electricity Futures Platform, Trading Engines, and Consumer Portals based on Microservices architecture. I analyze business requirements and design complex technical solutions to streamline release cycles by support hot deployments for releases and patches. Implemented development practices to increase team productivity and enhance operational efficiency. Designed and implemented problem detection solutions to monitor business services, and distribute team notifications to minimize system downtime by proactively developing and implementing proposed solutions. I directed and participated in the design, development, and implementation of Turkcell UI framework. Governed a 12-member project team comprised of frontend and backend developers. I assigned tasks, and provided support to ensure on time completion of project milestones. Built several UI features to address mission-critical CRM applications with hundreds of integration points, which included subscriptions and other pivotal business processes. Led several complex projects including an end-to-end integration with industry leaders like Apple and other marketing partners.
