Yılmaz Sezer graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,Department of Public Administration. He worked as a Tax Auditor in the Ministry of Finance and duringhis duties he had audits and inspections in public and private sector enterprises.Sezer resigned from his position of Tax Auditor in 1996 and became a manager and consultant in theprivate sector.Yılmaz SEZER, who continues to operate as a Certified Public Accountant, also has the IndependentAuditor Certificate obtained from the Capital Markets Board and the Public Oversight Agency. He hasoperated auditing activities in the fields of Tourism, Chemistry, Education, Energy, Construction andContracting, Finance, Production and Food as the co-chief auditor and is the Chairman of the Board ofDirectors at Bağımsız Denetim Danışmanlık ve YMM A.Ş.He intensified his work especially in energy and contracting sectors and published over 300 articles invarious magazines and newspapers. He participated as a speaker in various television-radio programsand conference. He also prepared booklets about Foreign-funded Companies and Taxation, BusinessPartnership published by TÜRMOB.
