Plan, scope, and execute strategic, foundational, and tactical research studies for Google Admin Console and other enterprise Chrome OS offerings. Delivered strategic value by identifying new markets for the Chrome and Google suite of products, defining CUJs, and influencing 2022 OKRs and feature roadmap (multiple PRDs, ENG headcount allocated, new designs in flight, findings presented and cited across multiple mediums with VP-level visibility).- Spearhead strategic healthcare research to create a more targeted go-to-market approach and to redirect 2022 strategy for hardware, OS, software, and device management, impacting business decisions that increase Chrome OS adoption rates- Influencing the complete redesign of the Google Admin Console navigation to match users’ mental model by leveraging card sorting and in-depth interviews. Findings are utilized by several Google teams and have sparked an effort across Chrome, Workspace, and Android to completely overhaul the information architecture and invest in an unified management platform for all Google products- Define product excellence principles for an enterprise software tool by leading research, co-leading sprints, and partnering with leadership across multiple product teams at Google - Define, refine, and scale research processes, long term cross-functional partnerships, and enterprise participant recruitment strategy which creates efficiency and elevates impact for future enterprise studies

Led 9 month long research strategy, which included end-to-end design and execution of 5 strategic and foundational ethnographic research studies. Findings successfully convinced leadership to completely redesign and launch a new DEI-centric medical school curriculum in 2021, combating racial injustice and anti-Black violence within medical care.- Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, competitive analysis, and literature reviews. Co-design foundational survey with senior leaders to identify appropriate research questions, define OKRs, and develop future conceptual framework- Employ multicultural research methods, including incorporation of discourse theory from critical race studies scholar to take into consideration structural violence and historical trauma, and re-position BIPOC communities as experts of their needs

Led study design, research, participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis for multiple clinical studies involving 3,000+ participants, leading to a decrease in baby mortality rates. Involved in IRB approval including HIPAA compliance and FDA requirements.- Execute 200+ patient interviews to understand post-delivery experiences across a multitude of demographics. Findings led to direct changes in delivery room procedures and practices- Data mine 1,000+ patient medical records and utilize regression models, and other analytical methods, to identify significant associations. Findings informed physicians to employ alternative blood transfusion techniques- Co-design and conduct A/B study, evaluative surveys, and 30+ observations to evaluate efficiency and user sentiment of heart rate monitors, leading to reduced diagnostic times and accelerated infant treatment

Contributed to the listening and coding of 1000+ pre-recorded doctor-patient interactions in order to train AI being developed by Google Health. Collaborated with UX designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to help them understand the clinical and patient experience!

Conducted 50+ observations, drove literature reviews, and employed a diverse set of statistical analyses to determine sex differences in circadian rhythms. Findings presented at annual FMP research conference.
