Assisted with the project on improving a leading electricity sector environmental policy analysis model.Working with The Engineering, Economic, and Environmental Electricity Simulation Tool (E4ST), which is used to predict the effects and net benefits of potential new environmental policies and clean electricity investments.

Participated in the Duke Global Policy (DGP) program in Geneva in the summer of 2024, focusing on global trade policy issues. Engaged with policymakers and practitioners in the WTO, International Labor Organization, International Trade Centre, The Global Fund, GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, and other international organizations about policy issues related to trade.Attended the 2024 Aid for Trade review at the World Trade Organization (WTO), explored about the current challenges on protectionism, government subsidies, global value chain, green trade and finance on international development, and efforts made to address poverty, climate change, and food security.

I joined the Tech Policy Lab under the Digital Equity program, lead by Prof. Ken Rogerson. During the time, I help conducted literature reviews on the geographies of digital exclusion, as a part of the background research for an upcoming project.

I co-founed a company focusing in fishery and electricity symbiosis with local farmers/landlords, and was mostly in charge of document-related work. During my time as the office manager, I helped to develop business plans, draft contracts and prepare accompanying application documentation. Managed relevant government subsidy program application progress and produced briefing presentations.I also helped plan green energy facility arrangements and write configurationdrawing optimization plan reports for recirculating aquaculture facilities.And assist the Ministry of Economic Affairs undertakeproject planning for Taiwan’s first embankment-style fishery and electricitysymbiosis demonstration project.
