• Manage all aspects of materials planning for Key Customer in GES Asia site-engineering build, pilot run and mass production. • Closely coordinate with component buyers, business unit managers, engineers and customer to provide clear material visibility such that sales order commitment to customer is met. • Monitor, analysis and assess market trends – Constant touch with market player in key commodities in the areas of lead time, supply situation, capacities and price fluctuations.• Work with shipping deparment on freight invoice.• Assist Component buyers in supply assurance, involve in expediting, negotiate with suppliers to improve delivery schedule and supply protection.• Inventory control management on the project being assigned• Anticipatory purchases. Buying extra qty in anticipation of a price increase to save money.• Review and coordinate implementation of ECN and EOL.• Coordinate and follow up with BU and Buyer on PPV.• Provide management report to Purchasing Manager for monthly Key Performance Indicator Review.

• Transacting data into system (SAP).• Source and handle inter-site support issue related areas.• Work with supplier on the tracking of information based on the Estimated-Time of Delivery (ETD) date.• Work with supplier department to ensure materials are delivering to Jabil.• Work with Receiving department to cut Receipt Traveler (RT).• Compile all shipping data and update in share drive by time.• Pull Purchase Requisition (PR) report from system and issue Purchase Order (PO) to supplier on time.• Obtain quote from Jabil approval distributor of open market (Disty) when existing supplier’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) is too high to meet our demand.• Raise Purchase Price Variance (PPV) for excessing in material standard cost.• Follow up with supplier for MRP Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) actions in rescheduling for pull in or push out and cancellation PO.• Timely update all MRP action into SAP system.• Work with Quality Engineer (QE), Manufacturing Engineer (ME), Component Engineer (CE) to solve Quality Notification (QN) of material issue which include drawing issue, Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) not match, manufacturer not in Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPL), no bag seal date and etc.• Solve hold item issue for incoming material such as non-label with bar code, no PO in SAP system.• Raise Hotboard for requesting receiving team expedite cut RT for urgent part.• Weekly update Open Order Report (OOR) and send to supplier to get their latest update for MRP actions.• Weekly update Rapid Response risk file.Key Skills and Competencies• Successfully improving existing buying processes by closely examining current system.• Able to cope with the demands of fast paced and changing business.• Able to deal with frequent changes to and unexpected delays in the buying process.

• To be based in store, provide customer service and replenish inventory.• Hold the keys to the store and ensure a proper opening and closing of the shop.• Supervise the intake of goods into the pharmacy, ensure the correct pricing, proper maintenance of shelf labels, proper merchandising and storing of stocks.• Maintain the cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operations.• Responsible for all cash and credit sales during cashiering.• Ensure proper acceptance of credit cards and to be alert of forgeries and the step to be taken.
