• Mainly in charge on external façade work, precast items shop drawing.• Arrange for precast items delivery to site.• Setting up and site checking for façade curtain wall & cladding wall.• Attending of consultant technical meeting, site sub con meting, follow up on site walk comment and rectification work.

• Liaise with Architect, Structural and M&E consultants, Landscape & interior designers, sub-contractors and suppliers on project implementations.• Attend weekly Employer contract meeting, technical and site coordination meeting, sub-contractors progress meeting.• Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications.• Responsible in preparing the submission of shop-drawing and material samples to Consultant and Developer for approval.• Coordinate drawings in other disciplines to check and ensure the accuracy of the drawings before issuance on site. • Monitoring the progress of shop drawings, highlight design issues, submission of materials, Method Statement and Request for Information (RFI) when require.

• Handled more than 7 condominium project’s in alum scope.• Prepare develops & designs the preliminary design & detailed scale drawing based on Architect design intent for awarded & tender projects for Alum window & door conventional system, euro profile system, false curtain wall system for unit, Curtain Wall System, Substation, Alum Trellis, Alum Screen, Alum Railing, Glass canopy, Short front, Clubhouse, Guard house, alum panel roofing.• Need to produce elevation & detail drawing for project kick off meeting with Main Contractor. • Produce shop drawing for submission based on project master program schedule. Liaise with Architect & Main Contractor for design requirement and submission schedule.• Prepare ironmongeries, glass type, technical specification documentary submission for Architect/Consultant selection & approval.• Submit relevant document to BCA for ST submission, As Built submission.• Send barrier window drawing to PE endorsement & calculation to meet the relevant authorities’ requirement.
