In Accenture I manage the Delivery Centre Strategy and Operations group across the BPO network and support location strategy, seat charge and resource management. I also oversee the Capability Development organization in China.

I worked in technical support department. We maintained equipment then supplied consumable goods. Also we purchased necessary equipment for production. -Lead the regular vendor evaluation process, manage and increase performance of vendors and ensure the vendor selection system is highly efficient.-Select reliable vendors, secure the supply of goods and services to meet the requirement of internal customers and increase the savings.-Ensure Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders are executed according to the delivery schedule.-Proactively maintain the relationship with Customs and ensure the logistics are operating in a timely manner.-Be accountable for the efficient Purchase to Payment process and the correctness of data maintained in system.
