- Responsible for the pre and post-sales support including onsite customer product/application demonstrations, presenting the bioMerieux technology through seminars and workshops, training customers on as well as helping with the analysis of data generated with the company products. - Provided proficient and timely instrument training, validation, and implementation for healthcare customers on the use of bioMerieux platforms and assays: Immunoassay, microbial identification, microbial resistance, mass spectrometry MALDI-TOF, FilmArray, and WASPLAB. - Tracked and recorded all relevant information in SFDC related to all technical inquiries from customers, documented complaints and worked with other departments within bioMerieux to resolve the customer issues.

- Provide customer onsite training of Illumina sequencing platforms, troubleshooting customer issues through telephone, email communications and onsite visits, and organized instrument demonstrations at the request of the sales account owner. - Maintained all customer communications and visits in SFDC. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner. - Maintained knowledge in the real time qPCR applications, NGS library preparation and sequencing methodologies.
