12-year working experience as accountant at current company and in charge of bellow responsibilities: • Maintain the general ledger, including regular reconciliations of bank accounts• Prepare budget, forecast costs & revenue, and monitor cashflow• Maintain payroll information, updates payroll records, and Maintains payroll operations; Perform quarterly remittance of superannuation• Assist with preparation of tax compliance including BAS, GST, PAYG payments, payroll tax, company income tax• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends• Assist with preparation of accurate and timely Annual Financial Statements and annual tax return completion• Calculate internal sales commission, bonus, and perform KPIs review • Identification and implementation of business process improvements• Recommend financial actions by analysing company finance and options• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
