Prof. Michael CHAI is a scholar, a writer, a translator and an entrepreneur. His professional life is evolving with 3 fields:-Serving Chinese Universities-Serving French-Asian Business Cooperations-Serving the youth for their international career development“No matter for our family or for our society, we are a bridge.” On the one hand, we take care of the juniors; On the other hand, we look after our seniors. This personal philosophy drives him to develop several professional training programs for the international career development of the youth. In the mainland of China, his team works with local governments, European Consulates, Chinese universities and more than 400 companies in Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, Wuhan, and Shenyang for the international career development of the youth and the international business development of these Chinese companies.In the meanwhile, as the chief international relationship officer at Kalandra International, he places the graduates from the “international healthcare assistant program” to work in the U.K., in Ireland, and in Canada. He hopes a well-trained nursing team could be beneficial to the current aging society. Just as what he has always quoted, “ The most important thing is to love and to be loved in return”.
