- Communicate internal and external with clients to make sure the project goes smoothly.- Generate business analysis reports from different perspectives for upper management team to make business decision andleverage internal resource- Develop local accounts and follow up, conduct effective negotiation, business proposal and contract management- In charge of all client visiting on site, identify client’s interests, response and follow up accordingly with outside sales force- Maintenance of master data creation of sales transactions, such as confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), master serviceagreement (MSA), request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), Quotation, etc.- General customer relationship maintenance- Lead, motivate and influence scientific departments at all levels as well as cross functional support teams (procurement, IT,EHS, QC, etc.) to address client specific needs and ensure client satisfaction

1. Organize and conduct product and application seminars/training course/workshops 2. To provide applications and technical & product knowledge expertise to the sales process to facilitate competitive success 3. Assist with instrument installations by providing on site start-up applications training to customers and demonstrates proper operating procedures with Applied Biosystems products including instrument, software, reagents and consumables 4. Demonstration sample on LC-MS/MS， including Q-TOF and Qtrap system
