Lead an industry-leading global team of 40 talents (US, Europe, China, and Japan) that provide advanced- and secondary- analytics based business insights to commercial leaders and teams across business units and regions. Ensure our commercial strategies are built with insightful understanding of opportunities, performance drivers and commercial assessment. Shape and enable robust decision making on promotional resource allocation, sales force sizing and structure, forecasting, and personalized and digital marketing strategies. Built the integrated team by transforming two separate teams, communicating inspiring vision, forming a culture of ‘Own It’ and excellence, and creating an operating model that enables a seamless delivery of expertise and consulting services. Establish the foundation for an elite internal consulting team with capability development, colleague engagement, and knowledge management. Implemented a sourcing model to manage workload and achieve cost efficiency. Hire, mentor and manage many diverse and best-in-class talents of ex-consultants, econometricians, financial analysts, and industry thought leaders, who have advanced degrees (PhD, MBA, and Masters) in business, economics, marketing, statistics, mathematics and engineering.
