Lead a team for a v1 initiative of building data and analytics applications in the area of Engineering and IT insights.

Core services/platform

• Design and develop Calendar Feeds scenario in O365 Cloud.• Design and develop various calendaring scenarios in outlook.com Cloud including calendar import, calendar sharing, etc.

Exchange People & Time; Exchange Calendar & Devices;• Lead the test team to deliver Calendar features, including both backend and UX (Outlook Web Access) components, in Exchange/Office 365.• Lead the team in testing the calendaring module of Exchange Mobile Apps in both iOS and Android.• Lead the team to improve OWA and Mobile OWA calendaring experiences including both reliability and End-to-End performance in Office 365.• Drive the team to build monitoring coverage for core calendaring scenarios, including Anonymous Calendar Sharing, Availability Service, Internal Calendaring Sharing, etc in Office365 Service.• Lead the team to build analytic reports to measure, analyze, and improve customer experiences for core calendaring scenarios including Availability Service, Federated Calendaring Sharing, Calendar Delegate, etc., in O365 Service.• Lead the team to develop tools to facilitate engineers and SUPPORT team to troubleshoot customer issues.• Develop on-call processes and tools to improve on-call experiences.

Embedded Systems and Services• Built and led a test team to deliver Windows Embedded Device Manger (WEDM) 2011, a Version 1 project.• Participated in the design and creation of build and test infrastructure for the product.

• Microsoft Extensible Storage Engine (ESE) - Responsible for test automation and tools for ESE, the Data Engine for both Windows Active Directory and Exchange Mailbox Store.• Microsoft Exchange Active Sync (EAS) - One of the core members in the EAS test team with in-depth knowledge of test automation. - Developed Windows Mobile test infrastructure in Exchange testing environment.
