He has been a "quota buster" for all but one year with NetScout, and was the top SE for one year despite of his high quota. He is also heavily involved in product management and road map both in terms of requirement collection from the customers and participation in many early field trials with key customers, as well as making his own visionary suggestions and pushing his technology initiatives. His customer verticals include financial service companies in New York City, pharmaceutical companies in New Jersey, and large service providers in the region.

Directed the engineering and development of the start-up company's online bandwidth demand chain platform, BandWizard(TM), which collaborates and automates the currently broken network engineering processes from capacity requirement analysis to the final bandwidth procurement for enterprises with large network infrastructure. Designed the bandwidth projection and production algorithm and process engine that sits in the heart of the BandWizard(TM). Designed Application Profile Store (APS) for a top financial customer for Acurion's consulting business.

Since came on board to International Network Services (INS) with the introduction of his former boss, he had been working at Morgan Stanley network engineering group for his entire career with INS, which was later acquired by Lucent Technologies. He was involved in WAN redesign, and was in charge of WAN capacity planing and network application QA and troubleshooting. Upon taking his job, he impressed his peers and customers by quickly reverse-engineering the application performance and capacity predictor tool in Optimal Application Expert (now a part of CompuWare). He then built the formula into spreadsheet to make the calculation much more robust and efficient. He also developed web portals for monthly WAN capacity planing reports, as well as for application QA request submission and report management front end.

Enter the IT world via a friend's introduction after many years of academic research in the field of high energy nuclear physics. Started as a System Analyst to build and maintain the hospital's web servers and website, domain servers and services, firewall and network, developed programs for many healthcare specific applications. Got promoted to Network Manager one year later to take responsibility to manage the entire network consists of over 1000 notes across several buildings, and also some of the main systems and application servers in the data center.
