Core power LDO &FLASH LDO designA 100mA loading , capless ,with low power mode NMOS LDO design.Can cover Core ATPG 200MHz heavy load , smooth mode control, Low power mode 0.25uA , Totem sim EM&IR check ,Current profile simulation , 1.2V output with 3 bit DVS .3. 32KHz Low power OSC designAuto-self bias&Vref, 0.5uA current consumption 5bit trim , all VT simulation&measurement can cover 32KHz +/-7% CLK variation (-40~150C , 2.5-5.5V).Axxx2 TPMS for Car use1. Ultra Low power 2.2KHz OSC designAuto-self bias&Vref, 70nA current consumption , all PVT simulation can cover 2.2KHz +/-7.5% CLK variation (-40~150C , 1.2-3.63V).2.
