In this role I was responsible for over 100 retail stores from different channels across Auckland. Key responsibilities include:-Working closely with store managers, sales staff and service staff to promote Huawei and increase brand presence in store.-Ensure merchandise and support is delivered and presented neatly in each store. -Presenting key product training for new products at our semi-annual product training event-Act as key liaison for front line retail staff

In the role I was responsible for the day to day communication between Huawei and its authorised service centres.Key responsibilities include:-Resolving customers escalations that are unable to be resolved in a store level-Management of spare parts inventory-Monitor and improve on repair time frames, customer satisfaction-Identify flaws and mitigate risk around service repairs
