• Responsible for Greater China offices IT operation• System and infrastructure devices management and supporting for China offices • China offices IT related projects planning and implement , gathering and resource management• Familiar with windows server production deployment architecture• Team member of Global MDM administrator / AD clean up/ Box, Second team • Vendor management and negotiation• Financial Management of IT services for China offices• Office server management and maintenance • Set up and control IT Budget/Expenditures in China. Manage Hardware/Software asset inventory in China.• Applies knowledge of technology systems and services to identify and resolve issues for both infrastructure and internal customers Maintains and administrate IT systems (including PC, servers, printers, copy machine, routers, network, PBX)• Server administration(MS files server, backup plan, BES)• Responsible for Monitoring Global Helpdesk and conducting problem diagnosis and solution for end users within onsite or remote control• IT training for new IT staff• Daily onsite IT support for Beijing and Hong Kong office
