As a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in project and team management, I currently oversee a vibrant community of over 500 at MIT, fostering connections among faculty, students, and industry leaders. I also hold prestigious positions at Harvard, both serving as the president of the Harvard Kennedy School New England Alumni Association and as a board member of the Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Association.Previously, I ventured internationally as a correspondent, chief editor, and producer for Phoenix and Sina, two leading media groups in China, reaching over 500 million viewers. In addition to leading a team of journalists, I personally conducted interviews with prominent political figures, including presidents and prime ministers, created documentaries, and directly covered live events from the heart of conflict zones.I am deeply committed to social impact, particularly in storytelling, empowering marginalized communities, and education initiatives for refugees and orphans. My non-profit projects since 2015 have supported educational efforts for Syrian refugees in Lebanon and orphans in Cambodia.I am the author of "The Determined Runner: The Memoir of a Phoenix TV Reporter on the Front Line in Cambodia" (执拗地奔跑-凤凰记者独家采访柬埔寨手记), the first Chinese-language book detailing Cambodia's significant democratic movements over the past two decades.Educationally, I hold an MPA from Harvard, an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
