- Lead and manage the FOH (Front of House) team to deliver an outstanding experience in all aspects of restaurant operations - food, beverage, customer service, as well as take-out and delivery- Lead and manage the BOH (Back of House) team to deliver quality and exemplary culinary execution per Sansotei company standard- Promote teamwork, efficiency, communication, and a positive attitude that promotes a fun work environment and strong bond across all restaurant staff- Ensure all members adhere to health and safety standards- Monitor food safety practices and ensure a safe environment for both guests and team- Manage controllable costs including, but not limited to, food and beverage, supplies,inventory, labor, promotional execution, and discounts- Order from suppliers and ensure inventory levels are adequate, while reduce waste and spoilage- Coach and continuously improve efficiency and food and service quality control- Staff scheduling and publishing weekly schedules, and verifying with leadership team on labor cost controls and suggesting efficiencies where need be - Closing till at End of Day (EOD), documenting receipts, and organization of supplier invoices- Cover shifts for absent staff when required- Coordinate and train new and ongoing development of team members- Trouble shoot, identify, and resolve issues that arise, while communicating to leadership team
