-​Utilized SAP software in daily manufacturing operations, especially factory inventory management such as chemical, stock and output.-​In charge of managing the product quality and ensuring production lines meet target output.-​Coming out with monthly with improvement projects to innovate work operations and improve​efficiency.-​Ensuring that the goods produced physically are tally and traceable by using SAP software- Supervise and train the workers to handle the daily operations such as stock count, stock movements and monthly audit.-​Practising FIFO and pushing for the clearance of goods in the factory to prevent wastage and to boost company's sales.- Assisting in end month stock take for goods in factory and warehouse, make sure all the data are tally in system and physical.- Make sure control the cost for monthly stock adjustment (pump in and write off) during end month. To improve monthly SAP and factory ranking.- Assisting planner on extension new product material code, due with the SAP software PP team and prepare the documents needed to prove the product reach the requirement.- To prepare the audit document on output data from production line.- To assists on the gloves collection to deals with the purchaser and arrange for transport.-​Ensuring GMP and SOPs is practiced constantly in the factory.
