Zhiwei is managing the delivery of B2B Hybris-based E-Commerce Core-platform (Responsive webshop + APP) for 11+ countries as a contracting group product owner/manager using Agile (Scrum, SAFe), with the following key responsibilities:- Engage key stakeholders to define and align the product strategy and roadmap- Conduct primary search into the business requirement: deep dive into use cases, competitive analysis and benchmarking- Defining product releases (minimum viable product, V1, V2 etc) based on business value priority 
- Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams, including UX/UI, IT, Infrastructure, Marketing, Security and Analytics (including various vendors) to ensure product solution, implementation- Data mining with Google analytics focusing on Ecommerce and events tracking to monitor and measure product performance- Stay on top of market trend and customer behavior, take initiatives and optimize digital solution- Conduct BRD/PRD and break down into user stories- Coordinate usability testing with clients during product design to deliver better customer experience- Approve development, coordinate user acceptance testing and correction- Create product documentation and supporting users on product use and adoption when necessary[Key recent projects highlights]- E-Commerce connecter with suppliers (such as Schneider, Philips, etc.)Partner with suppliers on different solutions, such as configurators, PDP transfer from suppliers’ platforms;Lead content management and supplier brand page creation to facilitate digital partnership programs- Quote managementImprove omni-channels experience for quotation and iterate the design to improve the conversion rate - Logistics improvementIntroduce additional delivery services (such as installation, connection, etc.) - Online credit card payment Integrate with payment service provider to allow online payment using credit cards (including P-card)
