Managed all aspects of Häagen-Dazs’ marketing initiatives as the Brand lead in Taiwan. - Led initiatives such as “Shop-in-Shop” to improve brand visibility, merchandising, and consumer experience; gained buy-in from retail buyers and increased Häagen-Dazs’ sales by 35%. - Launched the brand Facebook page and acquisition plans to recruit over 100K fans in 12 months. - Spearheaded brand campaign by creating the brief and overseeing the creative process; achieved growth in 3 consecutive years across key metrics such as awareness, trial, and perceived equity.- Chaired an independent committee of 10 and led communication with the Executive team to organized various activities such as Company Day and Year-End Party to improve employee satisfaction rate.
