EMC development test per Ford EMC specification. EMC design, troubleshoot. Worst case analysis Hardware software interface

• Fuel pump control module circuit design: digital input circuit, digital output circuit, power line filter, linear regulator circuit, analog circuit, motor driver IC output and input control.• Perform circuit analysis: worst case analysis and simulation• Review customer specification• Resolve warranty return issue• Resolve EMC issue• Perform engineering bench test• Prepare test plan and test report• Provide guideline to PCB layout designer• Assist and support hardware and software integration and DV and PV testing• Develop Hardware and Software Interface Specification• Support manufacture EOL tester and sample build• Involve in new project quotation

• Involved in program hardware design, development, engineering testing which include: circuit design from concept -> sketch -> DV, PV -> production launching; select electronic parts, sourcing suppliers and evaluate price/performance ratio; perform worst case circuit analysis, PCB troubleshoot and debug, perform engineering EMC (conductive transient immunity, radiated immunity and emission, ESD and so on) test, engineering reliability test; Create schematic and BOM and review PCB layout.• Support prototype, DV, PV and production build.• Support DV/PV testing.• Familiar with GMK2XX ICS project: include HVAC tri-zone auto, HVAC dual zone auto, HVAC single zone manual, 4.2” display, 8.0” display, 8” touch screen, audio control (HMI), 8.0” display with articulation.

 Support vehicle integration, electrical design and prototype build in the field for armed vehicle. Develop harness and electrical installation drawings. Support vehicle power management system design on demo vehicle.  Identify best practice High Voltage bus interfaces: connectors, interlock, wire routing and protection.  Analyze vehicle electrical power system steady state and transient performance: i.e. battery, generator, loads.

Create Electrical Drive system specification for hybrid vehicle power train.  Create Electrical Drive system test specification for hybrid vehicle power train. Involve in DV and PV validation test of power electronic module. Working closely with electronic supplier to define test requirements, such as: test set up, test condition, review test report internally and externally and investigate test failure root cause and corrective action.  In charge of vehicle level DVP&R of power electronic module and transmission aux pump. Perform the test on bench or vehicle using engineering tools as such: INCA, I box, CAN analyzer. Analyze the test data.

Design/develop new embedded controller (digital and analog circuit) for truck/trailer refrigeration system from sketch to prototype sample. · Create and develop qualification and EMC test specification for controller.  Using Orcad to create schematic, BOM and review PCB artwork.
