As a recent graduate from University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in the STEM industry. I have a strong academic background, having received multiple Dean's Awards and a JPA scholarship for my excellent performance and achievement.I also have relevant work experience, having completed an internship at Continental Tyre Technolgy Centre, Malaysia where I handled several projects to solve real-situation problems in the physical and chemical testing laboratories.After that, I worked as a shift lead at Xanterra Travel Collection in USA, where I demonstrated my leadership, management, and organization skills, as well as my ability to provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts. I also trained and coached new employees, and communicated the need for repairs or replacements of equipment to management.I possess core competencies in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, which I have developed and enhanced through my education and work experience. I am always prepared to face any obstacles and challenges in the future, and I am adaptable to new environments and situations.
