Olayinka Layi-Adeite is an experienced Project Manager and a renowned advocate for optimizing our rich human resources in building the nation –particularly homing in on the need for continuous youth development schemes in economic advancement. Over the past 10 years, I have served in different capacities in the NGO space. Currently the Director of Programs at Live Your Dreams Africa Foundation. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of various programs aimed at serving the underserved and underdeveloped communities by offering tailor made Entrepreneurial skills interventions for young people in Nigeria and across Africa. Thanks to our innovative and impactful initiatives, we have received the Google.org Award for Youth Empowerment in Africa, the Award of Excellence in Youth and Social Development. Since 2013, we have empowered over 36,000 youth and created 762 jobs across Africa, and we are on a mission to create 100,000 more.I am dedicated to driving meaningful change and furthering the mission of the organizations I work with.
