We are constantly evolving new ideas and finding creative ways to sell television and related experiences.

My job is to determine and communicate the organization’s strategic direction. As a creative and production company with a mandate to differentiate our offerings and remain highly competitive within the media industry, I spend quality time ensuring that my team understands our vision to be the premium one-stop shop offering the most creative services; affordable, value for money and quickest turnaround time; owning our space in Africa.I also manage all resources available to the company, including creativity, the people, funds and opportunities. I have the responsibility to make decisions that will most profitably serve the company and balance the resources.One of my core duties is to also build, instill and nurture the culture of the organization. At redboxAfrica, developing a culture that clearly sets us apart from competition and establishes us as a strong creative force is very important to us. Our people are right at the core of this system. Finally, my role as the CEO at redboxAfrica is to drive performance. Coming from my background as a creative and hands on film maker, my years of experience in the industry as it is, and where it should be is ultimately useful as we work to distinguish the standing of the company, ensuring we can be one of the most lucrative creative and production business in about five years within the region.Our main stakeholders are our clients, and understanding what they need and will continue to require, is important. I have a responsibility to interpret this to internal teams and then be sure to use proper metrics that accurately gauges performance. My job as the CEO is to set the bar for the level of performance to be reached.
