- Invented an innovative concept of LED automotive lighting solution which are already been deployed with automated production line.- in charge of LED product development such as LED lamps(MR11, G4 capsule), LED module/luminaire (spot 600lm to replace MR16) and Automotive LED bulb and platform(W21 series, P21 series, W16W, W5W, C5W, Fog H16/H11/H8) - Customer visiting and technical support to the product manager, sales and marketing team- The key is to drive project team members such as system, mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal to develop a LED product with good performance, high quality and reasonable cost level.- To align with marketing manager for product definition, quality manager for testing matrix, reliability, approbation. - check with market manager for commercial release time line and purchasing leader for quotation, the chance of cost down and components preparation of sample run. - communicate with EMS to execute sample run and together with process engineer and SQM to find issues during production.- Lead the group to develop automotive products such as Automotive Air Purifier, Driving Video Recorder, Workshop Lamp and Daytime Running Light.

Mainly in charge of software integration and execution of validation.- Communicate with site in Rennes/Lemans/Romania/Indian for general software delivery schedule and establish product roadmap together with team- internally manage 3 sub teams for software integration, software testing and software development.- manage budget and control the external supplier such as testing house, software development house and consultant company for daily team management.
