• Initiated collaboration independently with the TUM Fluorine chemistry group, becoming the first joint NTU-TUM Ph.D. student to have collaboration with the TUM chemistry faculty, resulting in the establishment of future collaboration channel with TUM chemistry faculty for other Ph.D. students.

• Spearheaded the purchase and chemicals inventory management of a 100 m2 battery research lab with collaborators’ team, leading to the successful setup of a 10 million SGD battery research lab for 25 researchers.
