Launched a new website of the CCCGW, initiated and spearheaded a texting program for the church, took minutes of the congregational and official board meetings, maintained all important church documents, and coordinated with all other departments to serve Him together. In addition, a dedicated member of the church, Yin has been serving as an interpreter for preachers at the church.

At VOA, Yin interviewed hundreds of people from celebrities to grassroots. Dozens of her news articles have been published by VOA and cited by other influential media in China. She also served as an international broadcaster for the VOA's international news program and gained hands-on production experience with proficient use of audio and video production software, including Dalet and Final Cut Pro. At VOA's Public Affair Office, Yin worked closely with the PR manager, designed and tested the first Chinese Studio Tour program for VOA. When the tour program launched, Yin served as the first Chinese tour guide for the program.
