Worked on multiple products e.g. Office, Windows, Windows Phone, Live Search (Bing), Surface, Healthcare, Education etc.As a design researcher at Office and a research expert in China, I have been driving various research studies to understand the Chinese customers and investigate in the China market. Works include creating innovative and intuitive Input Experience on both Windows 8 (PC and Surface) and Windows Phone 8 in East Asian countries, experience on Office 2016 and Office 365; exploring creative and agile research methods to investigate apps in Office; deep diving to better understand teachers/students at schools and exploring opportunities in the education market.
