弗尔德流体事业部为卫生和工业泵提供高质量的服务和解决方案。被用于许多行业，包括: 食品、制药、水处理、化工、采矿、电子等。Verder liquids division provide the high quality services and solutions for sanitary and industrial pumps. which apply to food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, chemical, mining, electronics industry etc.我负责整个售前到售后阶段将客户需求转化为verder泵的应用。负责产品线：制药和卫生级离心泵（EHEDG, 3A,1935/2004 EC,FDA&USP)，工业软管泵，蠕动泵，隔膜泵，OEM泵。I'm responsible for 'translating' client demands into verder pump applications throughout the whole case. take charge of product lines: pharmaceutical and hygiene centrifugal pumps(EHEDG, 3A, 1935/2004 EC, FDA&USP), hose pumps, peristaltic pumps, diaphragm pump，OEM pumps.工作内容/Job Tasks:1. 与销售，代理商和客户沟通，明确详细需求,再定义泵的应用和选型。communicate with sales, dealer& client to define specific needs, then define pump applications and selection.2. 向区域销售/代理商/用户进行报价/准备投标文件/技术澄清会。make quotation/ prepare a tender documents/technical clarification meeting to area sales /dealer/end-user.3. 与国内/外团队一起针对本地的应用提出并设计解决方案。work with global teams to develop solution for local applications.4. 为关键客户和关键项目进行现场安装和调试指导。on-site installation and commissioning guide for key accounts and key projects.5. 收集、控制和分享正式报价过程所需的技术信息、文件和价格。collect, control and share technical info, documentation and prices needed for professional quote process.6. 收集和共享重要的竞争对手信息(技术和商业信息)。collect and share significant competitor information(technical and commercial).7. 发起并执行内外部的培训课程。从中发现客户潜在需求，从应用和技术方面，进一步拓宽业务。initiate and perform internal and external training sessions. and discover the potential needs from the application and technology view, expand the business deeper.8. 与客户和供应商建立良好关系。build up a good relation with customer and supplier.

磨锐-昂希法集团是一家国际集团公司，主要从事工业用泵的生产制造。主要是石油、化工、医药、冶金和造纸等领域的生产技术，特别是石油化工行业用泵。在中国所生产的各种型号的泵，其性能参数、安装尺寸、结构等参照ISO2858、ISO5199、API610等标准设计。工作内容/Job tasks：1. 根据从项目部得到的项目文件分析并满足客户技术要求。According to the project documents from Project Dept, to analyse and satisfy customer's requirements.2. 根据客户的要求准备产品BOM，保证正确无误. 根据产品要求不同，设计机封以及产品图纸。Prepare the product BOM according to the customer's technical request, make sure everything is ok. design MS and part drawings according different product requirement.3. 主要负责的API标准泵型(API)，与项目、采购、生产、质检、售后等部门沟通，提供技术支持、解决技术问题。For the API criterion pump, main responsible to communicate with other dept, e.g. Project, Purchase, Manufacturing, QC, and after sales service, to provide technical support, and solve technical problems.4. 与相关机封和冲洗系统供应商进行技术沟通和交流，以满足客户要求。Discuss technology issues with suppliers of MS and flush system, for satisfy the clients request.5. 与国外工程师就技术问题和项目进行而交流。Communicate technical problem and project improved with foreign engineer.6. 对负责的项目进行技术跟踪，解决在采购、生产加工过程中的问题。Follow up the project,solve problems that from purchase , manufacturing dept.7. 解决和预防装配中的困难，这些困难可以来自生产，质检，工艺，供应链。Solve and prevent difficulties from assembly process. also may from manufacture, Quality, technology, Supply Chain.8. 给部门员工培训PRE泵，以及ISO5199和API610标准。training for PRE pump ,ISO5199 and API610 criterion.
